Senior Vehicle Outsource Artist (Car Team)

As Senior Vehicle Outsource Artist, I served as a conduit between our external artists, Art Outsourcing Manager, Vehicle Artists, and mid-junior level Vehicle Outsource Artists. Some of my contributions included:

  • Vendor asset management, documentation, and communication between in-house and vendor artists.

  • Tutorial creation, Wiki review and documentation, tools testing and R&D, Shotgun/Shotgrid administration, team assignment review and capacity balancing, QA and Test communication and training, bug review and triage.

  • Identifying, defining and enforcing best art process, pipeline, and practices.

  • Individual contribution. Included asset creation, polish, engine implementation, polish, bug fixes.
