External Art Manager
Below is a small sampling of projects I had the opportunity to be a part of at Ignite Studio since joining in 2016. As the External Art Manager for the studio, I played a major role in the art development across the majority of the company's portfolio. Some of my contributions included:

Leadership for full-scale production, including motion gfx/video efforts, across multiple platforms in parallel with other developments.

Aesthetic and Art Direction; paint-overs, green/redlines, and any other feedback as needed. Includes 2D, 3D, real-time and pre-rendered development.

Managing and mentoring the Ignite team to successful project outcomes using 3rd party vendors. Includes creative, design, and technical consultation.

Vendor asset management, documentation and process direction between in-house and vendor/exterior artists, communication with vendor artists about deliverables.

Developing of internal user experience and process for outsource art team in relation to other teams both internal and external.

Identifying, defining and enforcing best art process, pipeline, and practices.
